He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Delmas and Wanda Ingram Holbrook; and his siblings, Carlotta Cyrus and Byron "Tinker" Holbrook. He is survived by: his daughter Leigh Anne Owens (Walter) of East Point, KY; and his granddaughter Alexis May of Paintsville, KY. He is also survived by two step grandchildren, a step great grandchild, a niece & nephew, and a host of cousins.
