He is survived by: his wife Rebekah Fay Kitchen; his daughters, Lora Jane Scott (Jim) and Sharon Kay Johnson (Don); his siblings, Johnny Kitchen (Judy) and Syrilda Dixon; his grandchildren, Brandon Scott, Jason Johnson (Heather) and Andrea Driskell (Jim); and his great grandchildren, Lincoln Hurst Johnson, Caleb Shields and Kaitlyn Shields.
