He is survived by: his grandchild Western; his wife Connie Maynard (Caudill); his sons, Lowell "Justin" Maynard (Brianna) and Derek Austin Maynard (Shelby); his grandchildren, Gage, Skylyn and Alex Zavier Maynard; and his siblings, Laverne Gilliam, Nadina Maynard, Patricia Crittendon and Ken Maynard. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
