She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Lewis and Cleffie Lewis (Moore); and her sister Wanda Lewis Bussert of Springfield. She is survived by: her husband John Franklin Hay; her children, John Franklin Hay, Jr. (Carla) of Lexington and Cynthia Hay Michael (David) of Louisa, Kentucky; her siblings, Lorene Lewis Blythe (Buck) of Lancaster and Curtis Lewis (Gail) of Reynoldsburg; her brother-in-law Kenny Bussert of Springfield, Ohio.; her grandchildren, David, Sarah, Shelby, Sheree, Rene, Tessa and Scott; and her great grandchildren, Silas, Loxley, Soren, Grady, Rowan, Reagan, Johnny and Adalyne.
