She was predeceased by: her parents, George Junior and Minerva Kelly Adkins; her husband Robert; and her siblings, Jimmy, Johnny, Wayne, Timmy, George Adkins and Martha Adkins Ross.
She is survived by: her children, Loretta Lynn Powers (Bob), Robert Ray Fannin Jr. (Bobbie Joe) and Brian Keith Fannin (Deborah); and her siblings, Karen Adams, Laurnal Sprouse and Douglas Adkins. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
