She is survived by: her children, Johnny Meade (Carolyn) of Inez, KY and Michelle Pitts of Hagerhill, KY; her siblings, Leroy McCoy (Phyllis) of Louisa, KY, Clyde McCoy (Angie) of Marysville, OH, Richard McCoy (Connie) of Inez, KY, Caroline Ratliff (Kim) of Warfield, KY, Gail Cassady (Randy) of Pilgrim, KY and Linda Moore (David) of Kodak, TN; her sisters-in-law, Ruby McCoy of Johnson County, KY and Barbara McCoy of Kodak, TN.; her grandchildren, Tiffany Hinkle (Tommy), Dustin Meade (Lakean), Kendra Blevins (Robbie), Keaton Meade and Jeff Pitts; her great grandchildren, Chase Hinkle, Declan Meade, Kamryn Hinkle, Madden Meade, Jon Hinkle, David Hinkle, Kenzlee Blevins, Greyson Blevins, Ashey Hammonds, Natasha Hammonds, Austin Cole and Matthew Smith (Bob); and her great great grandchildren, Carter Jarrett and Bryson Chapman.
