He is survived by: his children, Cory Ferrell of Inez, KY, Amber Sheppard of Webbville, KY, Kelsey Sheppard of Fort Gay, WV, Paige Ferrell of Louisa, KY and Leann Wiley of Inez, KY; his stepbrother Russell Hashman of Louisa, KY; his sisters, Tammy Horn (John) of Inez, KY. and Lisa Whitt of Inez, KY.; and his grandchildren, Summer Sheppard, Alexis Sheppard, Hailey Sheppard, Allen Burt and Ashton Ferrell.
