He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Levering and Minnie Levering (Merritt); and his siblings, Bob Levering, Billy Levering and Patricia Fugitt.
He is survived by: his fiancée Paula Chaney; his children, Ashley Stratton, Susan Levering, Tasha Mills and Nikki Towler; his brother Jerry Levering; his uncles, James Merritt and Homer Richards; and his close friends, Margaret, Charlie Bond and Yvonne Marie Smith. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
