He is survived by: his wife Joan Spaulding Bowen; his children, Sherri Williams (Mike) of Cynthiana, Dawn Bowen of Flatwoods and Dwayne Bowen of Louisa; his grandsons, Aaron Williams (Allison) of Louisville, Devon Williams of Cynthiana, Ian Parsley of Flatwoods, Harlee, Drake and Tripp Bowen of Louisa; his brother Orville Bowen (Joyce) of Ostrander, Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Clina Hall of Louisa, Gilbert Myers of Hillsville, Jennings Ellis of Inglis and Brenda Spaulding of Gallipolis.
