She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Moore and Lorna Moore (Spencer). She is survived by: her husband James "Ernie" Fraley; her daughter Jennie Salyer; her sons-in-law, Ronnie Holt and Dwight Salyer; her great grandchild Alisha Salyer; her sister Reetha Sue Thompson; her children, Shirley Kitchen (Bob), Karen Price (Glen) and Helen Holt; her grandchildren, Nathan Salyer, Shannon Salyer, Sarah Arrington, James Kitchen, Shalon Holt, Keisha Moore, Stacy Saul and Tracy Phillips; and her friend Brenda Prince Kirk.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home - Chapel (111 W Main St, Louisa, KY 41230). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at the Isaac Park Cemetery.
