She is survived by: her husband Bruce Adams; her children, Joshua Fetherolf, Matthew Jude and Wendy Jude; her grandchildren, Timothy Slone, Ayden Jude, Skyler Fetherolf, Zachary Fetherolf, Kaden Jude, Brayden Marcum and Jaxson Jude; and her siblings, Laurnal Sprouse and Douglas Adkins.
