He is survived by: his wife Alma Miller Shapaka; his children, Jerry Shapaka, Timothy Shapaka, Nancy Shapaka, Jon Shapaka, Benjamin Shapaka, Danny Shapaka and Donnie Shapaka; and his siblings, Bruce Shapaka, Thom Shapaka, Jack Shapaka, Mary May, Cathy Shapaka and Janet Mossgrove. He is also survived by 21 Grandchildren; and a Great Granddaughter.
