He was predeceased by: his daughter Jessica Maynard; his brothers, Herschel Maynard and Roger Maynard; and his nephew Timothy Maynard. He is survived by: his significant other Sue Taylor; his parents, Mary Spaulding (Ward) and Cleo Maynard (Donna); his sons, Michael Donley, Sam Maynard, Robert Donley and John John Maynard; and his sisters, Arlene Maynard, Bo Wilks, Candy Neuner and Tabitha Jude. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
