We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2024, at the age of 64, John Ellery Boggs (Louisa, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Taylor and Rose Boggs; his sister Sally Jo; his wife Sandy; his pet Buddy; and his sisters, Sandy Bowling, Candy Farrow, Becky Young and Vikki Boggs Crisp. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and other special family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Lawrence County Humane Society.
