He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Hart and Mary Davis Hart; his wife Ruby Patton Hart; his siblings, Mildred Irene and Ray; and his sister-in-law Cecilia.
He is survived by: his son Patton Hart of Louisa; his niece Elizabeth; and his cousins, Charlotte Davis Stallard (Troy) of Charleston, WV, Marsha Kincer Banks (Carl) of Whitesburg, KY and Karen Kincer Amburgey of Whitesburg, KY..
