He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cleon and Phyllis Ann Shannon (Pack); his brother Jerry Lee Shannon; and his niece Dawn Jean Rice. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Shannon (Rice); his sister Theresa (Eddie West); his nieces and nephews, Jeremiah (Eva West), David Rice, Kyle (Kendra Rice), Thad (Rachel Blevins), Mikie Kean, Cathy (Steve Hicks), Shanda (Henry Adkins) and Bethann Blevins; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Annavey Kean, Sam Hicks, Sarah Hicks, Jaden Adkins, Kendall Adkins, Molly Hicks, William Blevins, Conrad Blevins, Elisha Blevins-Rodgers, Bode Blevins and Noah Kai West. He is also survived by cousins, family, friends.
