It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Irene Hanshaw of Louisa, Kentucky, who passed away on March 19, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Wallace Hanshaw; her brother Frank Hanshaw; and her brothers-in-law, Jim Caudill, Tim Meyers and Oliver Stevens.

She is survived by: her siblings, Opal Caudill, Patsy Meyers, Gretta Stevens, Martha Simpkins Sparks, Elaine Adkins (Frank), Homer Hanshaw (Tammy) and Joe Hanshaw (Patty); and her sister-in-law Debbie Hanshaw. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
