He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Kelly and Gladys Pelfrey Kelly of Martha, Kentucky.; and his brothers, Rick Kelly and Mike Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Janet Kelly; his daughters, Kristen Abney (Jeff) of Norfolk, Virginia, Victoria Martin (Joe) of Arcanum and Rachel Francis (Jeff) of Greenville; and his brothers, Tim Kelly (Pat) of Olive Hill and Tom Kelly (Terri) of Steubenville, Ohio.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
