He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Raymond and Belle Cyrus (Johnson); and his sister Sarah "Ginny" Phillips of Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Cyrus; his children, James Ray Cyrus, II (Lee Ann), Larry Joseph Cyrus (Andrea) and Morgan Lee Cyrus (Shannon); his stepchildren, Lisa Collins, Eddie Regan, Glen Regan and Daniel Regan; his grandchildren, Kennedy Cyrus-Hayes, Kassidy Price, Payton Cyrus, AJ Cyrus, Savannah Matthews, Morgan Levi Cyrus, Rylee Jo Cyrus and Mavin Silas Cyrus; his great grandchildren, Mallory Hayes and Casen Hayes; and his siblings, Betty June Clevenger, Darlene Jenkins, Jo Ann Bradley, Sue Maynard, Rick Cyrus and Freda Cyrus. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
