He was predeceased by: his parents, Mart Isaac and Mary Ellen Isaac; his wife Wanda Akers Isaac; and his son Jackie Paul Isaac. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Isaac, Terina Isaac and Gregory Isaac; his grandchildren, Keressa Garland, Tricia May, Kwame Fuller, Maya Fuller, Jaclyn Bassett and Gregory Todd Isaac; and his siblings, Elmer, Homer Isaac and Stella Maley.
