He is survived by: his wife Judy K. Mills Gartin; his children, Gary Gartin (Lyn Marie) of Circleville, OH, Regina Sumpter (Ryan) and Nicole Smith (Brandon); and his siblings, Danny Gartin of Louisa, KY and Bonnie Gartin Boggs (Gary) of Utah. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
