He is survived by: his wife Betty Fugett Caudill; his children, Connie Maynard, Debbie Lyons (Chad) and James; his daughter-in-law Carolyn Caudill; his grandchildren, Lowell "Justin" Maynard (Brianna), Derek Maynard (Shelby), Natalee Lyons, Noah Lyons, Kayla Perry (Andrew) and Matthew Caudill (Savannah); and his great grandchildren, Gage Maynard, Alexzavier Maynard, Skylyn Maynard, Raylyn Maynard, Heidi Caudill, Cruz Caudill, Kynleigh Meek, Gabriel Perry and Samuel Perry.
