He was predeceased by: his parents, McClellan Fluty and Pauline Fluty (Maynard). He is survived by: his wife Marsha Fluty; his daughters, Dana Smith (Duke) and Kayla Fluty; his grandchildren, Cooper Smith, Ellie Smith, Tucker Smith and Jagger Stone; his sister Darlene Hall (Jimmy); and his nieces and nephews, Wes Hall and Alysia Grimm.
