He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Jean West of Louisa, KY, Kimberly Faye West Muncy of Louisa, KY, Anita Hay Caudill (Daniel) of Louisa, KY and Dretha Hay Bienert (Frank) of Louisa, KY; his siblings, Edith Walker (Bob) of Louisa, KY, Lana Wright of Springfield, OH, Spencer West (Joan) of Ceredo-Kenova, WV, Floyd "Buck" West (Evelyn) of Blaine, KY, Don West (Donna) of Louisa, KY., Paul Junior West (Joyce) of Louisa, KY. and Eddie West (Teresa) of Louisa, KY.; his grandchildren, Brittany Adams (Zach), Bethany Howard (Josh), Reid Muncy, Marc Hay (Sacha), David Hay, Brian Hay and Michelle Hay Luptak (John); and his great grandchildren, Ellie, Weston Adams, Lydia, Eric Howard, Faith Hay, Riley Hay, Myra Carnes, Macy Jean Hay, Franki, Gemma Bernotas, Carson Hay and Alexis Hay. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
