He was predeceased by: his father Carl Pack Jr.; his brother Mark Pack; and his aunt Greta Maynard. He is survived by: his mother Linda Brown Pack; his son Alex Gregory Pack; his sister Kathy Hinkle; his niece Julia Rollins (Jason Rollins); his great-nephews, Jase and Jackston Rollins; and his close friend Tracy Pack.
