Glenda Childers Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda Childers (Louisa, Kentucky), who passed away on September 20, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hubert and Margaret Vanhoose (Preston); her husband Clint Childers; her children, Greg Childers, Linda Childers and Brenda Childers; and her brother Walter "Junebug" Vanhoose.

She is survived by: her son James; her daughter-in-law Mindy Childers; her sister Patricia; her siblings-in-law, Clinton Rutherford and Shirley Vanhoose; her nephews, Rodney Vanhoose (Angie), Matt Rutherford (Eva) and Jason Rutherford (Christy); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyle Vanhoose, Max Rutherford, Amelia Rutherford, Jude Rutherford and Ridley Rutherford; and also Connie Boyd.

In lieu of the flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset funeral expenses.
