It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gene Taylor Burke of Louisa, Kentucky, who passed away on January 13, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Burke and Thelma Hutchinson Burke; and his siblings, Carol Fannin, Carrie Francis, Larry Burke and Ed Burke.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Burchett Burke; his daughters, Lisa Dotson (Terry) and Donna Preece (Troy); his grandchildren, Kayla Thompson, Damon Hoose and Dennis Dotson; his great grandchildren, Greyston Thompson and Aviana Thompson; and his brother Jack Burke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (1270 KY-2565, Louisa, KY 41230). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
