He is survived by: his children, Steven Jude (Bridgette) and Kimberly Mays (James); his grandchildren, Brittney Mays, Matthew Mays, Hannah Mays and Olivia Jude; his siblings, Clarence Jude, Jimmy Jude, Virgie Perry and Sue Phillips; and his caregiver Pam Ratliff. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
