He is survived by: his wife Polly Jane Hay (Scott); his children, Margret Jane St Amour (Hay), Frank E. Hay II and Charles Wayne Hay; his caregiver Karen Hay (Scott); his grandchildren, Stephanie Nicole St Amour, William Adam Hay, Gregory Paul Hay and Brookie Lynn Hay; his great grandchildren, Austin Lee Hay, Haleigh Alexis Hay and William Joshua Hay; his great great grandchild Little Miss Milee; his brother Edwin; and his uncles, Edwin and Bo.
