He was predeceased by: his parents, James Filmore Sammons, Jr. and Mildred Louise Sammons Adkins (Blackburn); his son Christopher Glenn Sammons; and his brothers, Larry Sammons, Timothy Sammons and Hiram Jackson Sammons.
He is survived by: his wife Charity Karen Sammons of Louisa, KY; his son Adam Sammons of Louisa, KY; his brother James Sammons of Louisa, KY; and his pet Freya Marie.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Crum Funeral Home (498 New Rte 3, Inez, KY 41224). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
