He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lafe and Mary Dutton Daniel; and his son Danny Eugene Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Lena Burke Daniel; his children, James Lafe Daniel (Edie) of Louisa and Tammie Lykins (Terry) of Staffordsville; and his siblings, Charlie Daniel of Wabash, IN., John Daniel of Hager Hill, KY., Paul David Daniel, Virginia Slone of Ohio, Matilda Hughes of Xenia, OH., Callie Johnson of Hager Hill, KY. and Kathleen Allen of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by 9 grand children, 16 great grand children, and 6 great great grand children.
