With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Kathryn Horn (Louisa, Kentucky), who passed away on January 16, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alvis and Ethel Fitzpatrick Maynard. She is survived by: her husband Carl Horn, Jr.; her siblings, Chester Armstrong, Okie Maynard, Marie and Virginia Frazier; her children, Connard Horn, Mark Horn, Deloris Sue Marcum, Peggy Fitzpatrick and Gay Nell Horn; and her sisters, Hazelene Harrison and Shirley Whiting. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
