She was predeceased by: her parent Barnes Butler. She is survived by: her son Carl Hazelett; her nephew Nelson Sparks; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Hazelett, Dustin Hazelett, Travis Wheeler, Amanda Dingess and Ashley Pendley.
