He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wellman and Vangie Wellman; his wife Jo Ellen Wellman; his siblings, Tommy Wellman, Charles Wellman and Mary Selbee; his son-in-law Larry Flower; and his grandson Chipper Ryan Willis.
He is survived by: his children, Angie Wellman Willis (Tim) of Prichard, WV and Lora Wellman Flower of Myrtle Beach, SC; his sibling Annabelle Thompson of Wadsworth, OH; and also Robert Wellman of Louisa, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
