He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Senior and Alma Catherine Branham (Lemaster); his wife Kay; his granddaughter Marinda Perry; and his granddaughter-in-law Brittany Chapman.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Perry (Jim), Marsha Church (Harold), Susan Wilks (Gary) and Paul Frazier (Carrie); his grandchildren, Andrew Perry, Jessica Perry, Steven Chapman, Jesse Chapman, Ryan Wilks, Chad Wilks and Jacob Frazier; and his sisters, Mary Bradley and Evelyn Turner. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
