He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Parker and Hoeglin Storts Parker. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Parker; his children, Rick Parker (Laura), Rodney Parker (Rita), Kimberly O'Brien (John) and Barbara Kelley (T. J.); his brother Dave Parker (Kathy); his grandchildren, Alicia Webb, Gerad Parker, Eric Parker, Megan Compton, Michael Parker, Connor O'Brien, Kaylee O'Brien, Anniah Giovannetti, Evan Kelley and Kaylynn Kelley; and his nephew Brett Essex. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
