He is survived by: his wife Connie Kazee Maynard; his daughters, Jennifer Conn (Chris) and Miranda Maynard; his siblings, Kathy Stepp (Joseph), Linda May Ward and Thomas Ward; and his grandchildren, Virginia Vance (Dakota), Madelyn Conn, Abbigail Heaberlin, Allison Heaberlin, Marshall Heaberlin, Steven Senters, Tyler and Carolyn Mahala Senters.
