He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Horn Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Burchett Horn; his children, Randy Justice and Stacy Childers; his brother Bernie Horn (Kathy); his grandchildren, Brady Dalton, Leelan Justice, Breanna Dalton and Brittany Dalton; and his great grandchild Brantly Yaunk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
