She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Jobe and Myrite Carter Jobe; her husband Larry Hollis Hensley; her stepdaughter Melissa Hensley; and her siblings, Hershel, Harold, James, Charles, Clifford Jobe, Rosemary Pennington, Doris Workman and Lorene McGaffee.
She is survived by: her children, Sherrie York (David) and Terry Hensley; her sisters, Jewell Triplett and Sharon Campbell; her grandchildren, Michele Stacy, LaShea York and Justin McKinney; her great grandchildren, Shane Howard and Morgan Stacy; and her close friend Brenda Haney.
