He is survived by: his parents, Oakley Mollett (Donna) of Fort Gay, WV and Rita Setser Napier (Rick) of Valparaiso, IN.; his wife Heather Kay Salmons Mollett; his children, Derrick Lee Mollett, Jr. of Louisa, KY, Jasmine Mollett of Warfield, KY, Madison Mollett of Paintsville, KY and Kaytlin Mollett of Louisa, KY; his stepdaughter Hailey Preston of Dry Ridge, KY; and his siblings, Michael Allen Mollett (Saranda) of Bourbon Co and Crystal Rhodimer of Lexington, KY.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
