He was predeceased by: his father Donald Lee Horn. He is survived by: his mother Kathren Horn (Branham); his wife Nicole Horn; his children, Devan Horn, Kendra Horn and Alyssa Williams; and his siblings, Mary Moreno, Donald Horn, Tamitha Horn, Billie Horn and Bessie Horn.
