He is survived by: his children, David Allen Slone Jr. of Richmond, Kentucky, Amy Gasspro of Wilmington and Breanna Lowe of Wilmington; his siblings, James "Rick" Slone (Vickie) of Louisa, Kentucky, Kenneth Greg Slone (Lisa) of Louisa, Kentucky and Sharon Newsome (George) of Louisa, Kentucky; and his granddaughter Adalyn Gasspro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and family members.
