He was predeceased by: his parents, John Milton and Madge Scarberry; his wives, Barbara Jean Preston Scarberry and Nancy Reichert Scarberry; his daughters-in-law, Karen Scarberry and Rita Scarberry; and his siblings, Gladys Ward, Tilley Reichert, Oscar Scarberry, Paul Eugene Scarberry and Jewel Scarberry.
He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Scarberry, Jr., Richard Scarberry and David Scarberry (Marshalene); and his grandchildren, Rebecka Scarrberry, James Fowler, Kaitlyn Mullins (Matt), Jared Pack, Nicholas Scarberry, Wesley Bryan Scarberry (Stacy) and Marcy Johnson (Ethan). He is also survived by great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
