He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fred, Dorothy Spurlock, James and Nola Scaggs; his uncles, Jim Spurlock and Alger Maxie; and his cousins, Colton Robertson and Landon Nix.
He is survived by: his parents, Larry Scaggs and Sharon Spurlock Scaggs (Spurlock); his siblings, Christopher Scaggs, Carrie Scaggs and Carolyn Stalvey; his nieces and nephews, Charlie Fletcher, Benjamin Scaggs, Jakob Bailey, Chloe Jude and Madison Bailey; and his close friend Randy Woods. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, uncles, & aunts.
