He was predeceased by: his parent Jesse Swafford. He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Fitch Swafford Miller; his wife Leona Swafford; his children, Eugene (Amber), Everet (Nora), Charles Leon, Mary Peck (Sidney), Jennifer Stacy and Christine Sexton (Darren); and his siblings, Danny Swafford, Jimmy Swafford (Debbie), Ernie Swafford (Brenda), Terry Swafford (Susie), Sally Swafford and Gail Wells (Bobby). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
