He was predeceased by: his sister Johndra Patrick. He is survived by: his siblings, Myra Howard (Jeremy), Glenna Gramig (David), Nikki Minix (Dale), Brooklyn Chapman (Patrick), Alexis Patrick, McKynzee Patrick, Anna Gayle Patrick and Kaden Gamble; his nieces and nephews, Whitlee Howard, Morgan Howard, Dylan Patrick, Quentin Howard, Trevor Howard, Christopher Minix, Rylan Gramig and Brooks Gramig; and his cousins, Kristi Ramey, Dalton Combs, Kaylin Arnett and Kaisee Harvey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (1270 KY-2565, Louisa, KY 41230). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
