It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Oscar Bowen (Louisa, Kentucky), born in Trenton, New Jersey, who passed away on February 21, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Whitt Burdette (Charles) and Runnie Bowen; his sisters, Phyllis Ann Bowen and Elizabeth Ann Bowen; and his uncles, Charles Whitt (Dianne) and Bob Preston.
He is survived by: his aunt Rosie Shurlock (John); and his uncles, Eddie Jo Whitt, Johnny Whitt (late Wanda), Gene Whitt (Irene), Donnie Whitt (Joann) and Bill Preston.
