He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Withers and Hazel Meadows Withers; and his wife Wilma Ann Withers. He is survived by: his children, Allison Arbaugh (Kevin), Gregory Stuart Withers, Brian Scott Withers and Eric Shannon Withers (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Amanda Arbaugh, Brian Arbaugh (Caitlin), Eric Sean Withers and Erin Shannon Withers.
