She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Borders and Fern Newcomb Borders; her husband Roy Tucker; and her siblings, Pauline Borders Chaney, James and Jerry Borders.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie McCoy (Tom), Bill Tucker (Sherry) and Mark Tucker (Debbie); her grandchildren, Brett McCoy (Keri), Ashley Lee (Nick), Andrea Ellison (Matthew), Chad Tucker, Brooke Rinaldi (Trevor), Tiffany Wilson (Eric) and Erica Kitchen; her siblings, Jo Anna Falk (Ed), Norma Wheeler (Ray) and Charlie Borders (Carol); and her sister-in-law Lavonne Borders. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
