She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Maynard; her daughters, Rhonda Collins (Lennie) and Stephanie Bevins (Jerry); her grandchildren, Kayla Chevalier (Curtis), Kasey Blankenship (Brandon) and Braydon Bevins (Hannah); her great grandchildren, Madalyn Blankenship, Mila Blankenship, Brielle Bevins and Madden Blankenship; and her siblings, Carolyn Mills (Ronnie), Susie Coleman (Jerry), Bill Pack, Roger Pack (Carol), Odell Pack (Sandy) and Harold Pack (Mary).
